The activity featured workshops by specialists where leadership, crisis management and sustainable development were discussed. Representatives of CAC member entities from all over the country participated.
The Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC) carried out a new update session for those who completed the ” Strategic Management of a Business Chamber” (GECE) program in 2022, organized by the Professional Development and Domestic Trade departments . The activity had the participation of 17 representatives of CAC member chambers from all over the country.
The words of welcome were given by Natalio Mario Grinman (president of the Entity), who thanked the participants for the effort they make when traveling to Buenos Aires, leaving their provinces and jobs, to be part of this activity. “We organize this event because we understand the importance of training them. For us education is essential. We hope they can take away some tools that they can put into practice in their localities,” he noted.
Next, Vanina Stawera (head of the Professional Development Department) celebrated the possibility of holding the meeting and explained that the conference was organized based on the needs raised by the different chambers. “I invite you to appropriate this space. We hope that they can take advantage of it, that they interact and that they can share experiences ”, she assured.
The first activity “Tools to deal with leadership in times of crisis and business impact” , by Gabriel Slavinsky (psychologist, consultant and political analyst), was intended to provide those present with practical tools for managing critical situations and development of both soft and hard skills for leadership.
In the afternoon, the second block of the day called “ Multiply to impact | The mobilization and access to resources to generate value” , dictated by Adriana Sirito (political scientist and consultant). During the activity, the participants were able to share a diagnosis of the problems that arise in their institutions; At the same time, they thought of strategies to enhance their sustainability and the achievement of sustainable development objectives. Both blocks had recreational activities that allowed the new tools acquired to be put into practice.
