On the occasion of its 72nd anniversary, the Chaco Economic Federation (FECHACO), together with the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC), organized the virtual conference “Argentina 2023, analysis of the situation and market”, which brought together more than 250 SME entrepreneurs and associates of the entity.
The words of welcome were given by Silvia Reyero, president of FECHACO, who stated: “It is a pride to belong to FECHACO, an institution that currently brings together 50 entities in the province and that today I have the honor of presiding over. We must not forget of the pioneers who have set the course for us and inspire us to continue the fight in defense of the interests of the sector”.
For his part, Guillermo Dietrich, vice president of the CAC, said: “I salute all the doers of this institution and those people who try to do something for this beautiful country and who, unfortunately, do not have the luck to find the correct administration of this country. In these 72 years of the Federation, I congratulate those who put their bodies and work to make Argentina work, thanks to you who pay taxes and fight day by day”.
Next, the analyst Claudio Zuchovicki spoke about the economic situation: “We SMEs are in a difficult situation, but I believe that most of us are prepared to face this crisis.” Finally, in relation to the capital market, he stated: “Argentina has always been the same, crises have always had to do with two factors: social disagreement, which leads us to uncertainty as to whether or not to invest; and, on the other hand, what emotional, because it is the expectations for the future based on certain facts that give us encouragement or discourage us”.
